People may be asking how we will go about completing a thorough audit or evaluation of the First Steps System. Want to find out more?
You are invited to see/hear a web presentation about the FS audit process. The session will only take an hour of your time and has been scheduled twice in order to accommodate various schedules. Please join us as we present information about how the audit came about, the central questions, the process for responding, data sources and the importance of feedback from the community, families and past and present First Steps providers.

To access the web cast, you will need broadband connection to the internet and a phone to call in to the toll free number for audio. Although you should be able to hear on your computer's speakers there is also an 800# that you can call that will give you clearer reception. Participants will have opportunitites to pose questions in writing during the web cast. The 800# will be one way audio only.
The toll free # is 1-800-940-6112 and the access code is 000147# for BOTH days.
Barring any technical difficulties, the web casts will be recorded for future access.
